Jess Fleming
Level 1 Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer
Jess is an integral part in Multisport consultants, as well as Noosa Tri Camps.
With her own stable of athletes she has begun her coaching career while still competing on an Elite Age group level. She holds the course record for 35-39AG @ Busselton IM 2010 at a time of 9h 49min.
With a mere 9 years in the sport of triathlon, Jess is no stranger to high level competitions and racing, coming from a basketball background growing up in Sweden playing highest level basketball at a junior level.
She left Sweden when she was 21 and spent time living overseas in Japan and the UK before settling in Australia and Noosa ,QLD 11 years ago.
With two boys 8 and 11 years old, she knows all about being organised and “training smart’ while fitting training and racing in around a busy life.
‘It is all about prioritizing and making the most out of the time that you’ve got to train,’
Jessica coaches athletes from sprint level up to Ironman distance
