If you have been inspired by triathlon and are considering participating in competition or would just like to increase your general fitness level, the Multisport Consultants 12 Week Structured Training Program is available for a cost of just $12 (Australian) per week!

Specifically written (by MSC head coach Nick Croft) for beginners wishing to participate in an Olympic Distance race, the program includes a multitude of training tips and tricks and is ideal should you be considering tackling the next Noosa Triathlon or similar event as your first Olympic Distance Race.

This program suits those wishing to ‘dip their toe in’ and also includes the basics in relation to nutrition, equipment, recovery and preparing for your first race.
